The Centre for Environmental Sustainability (CES) serves as a leader for environmental sustainability at University of Peradeniya. Since its inception in 1992, CES has been involved in interdisciplinary environmental-related training, consultancy, environmental management, and research programs at the national level, while extending assistance at regional and global levels.
CES strives to be an internationally recognized center of excellence for training, consultancy, and research in environmental sustainability, ensuring a safer and healthier environment.
